[Tips] วิธีป้องกันการปิดฟังก์ชั่น Find my iPhone หาก iPhone ถูกขโมย
สำหรับท่านที่ใช้ iPhone (ไอโฟน) และ iPad (ไอแพด) คงจะต้องรู้จักแอพพลิเคชั่น (Application) ที่มีชื่อว่า Find My iPhone กันอย่างแน่นอน แอพพลิเคชั่นนี้มีไว้สำหรับ ติดตาม iPhone หรือ iPad ว่าอยู่ที่ตำแหน่งใด เหมาะสำหรับในกรณีที่ iPhone หรือ iPad ถูกขโมย และใช้ Find My iPhone ติดตามตำแหน่งนั่นเอง
โดยคุณสมบัติพิเศษของ Find My iPhone นอกจากจะช่วยติดตาม ตำแหน่งของอุปกรณ์ ทั้ง iPhone และ iPad แล้ว ยังสามารถส่งข้อความแจ้งเตือนไปยังหน้าจอของอุปกรณ์ได้ รวมไปถึงสั่งให้ล็อคเครื่อง และลบข้อมูลส่วนตัวในเครื่องได้ ซึ่งถือว่า เป็นการเพิ่มความปลอดภัย ให้กับอุปกรณ์ iOS ได้อีกทางหนึ่งนั่นเอง
อย่างไรก็ดี Find My iPhone จะสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ถ้าหากมีการเปิด tracking ไว้ตลอดเวลา แต่ในกรณีที่เราเจอ ขโมยหัวหมอ ที่รู้วิธีการปิด Find My iPhone หรือปิด Location service ก็ทำให้โอกาสในการตามหา iPhone หรือ iPad ที่โดนขโมยน้อยลงเข้าไปอีก แต่เราสามารถป้องกันไม่ให้บุคคลภายนอกปิด Find My iPhone หรือ Location service ได้ครับ ด้วยวิธีดังต่อไปนี้
วิธีการป้องกัน ไม่ให้ Location service ถูกปิดโดยบุคคลภายนอก
เข้าไปที่ Settings > General > Restrictions ถ้าหากยังไม่ได้เปิดใช้งาน ให้ Enable ครับ
เมื่อเราเปิดใช้งานในส่วนของ Restrictions จะต้องใส่ Passcode จำนวน 4 หลัก ซึ่ง Passcode ในส่วนนี้ กับตรงล็อคหน้าจอ เป็นคนละส่วนกันนะครับ
ย้อนกลับไปที่หน้าของ Restrictions เลื่อนลงมาด้านล่าง จะเจอ Location Services ให้คลิ๊กเข้าไปซึ่งในส่วนของ Find My iPhone ให้เปิดเป็น ON ส่วน Statur Bar Icon ให้ปิดการใช้งานครับ
หลังจากตั้งค่าต่างๆ เรียบร้อยแล้ว ให้กลับไปหน้า Restrictions > Location Services อีกครั้ง และเลือก Don’t Allow Changes เพื่อเป็นการล็อคไม่ให้เปลี่ยนแปลงการตั้งค่าใดๆ ในส่วนนี้ ซึ่งเมื่อตั้งค่าเสร็จแล้ว ตรง Location Services จะมีรูปแม่กุญแจโชว์ครับ นั่นหมายความว่า ได้ล็อคการตั้งค่าเรียบร้อยแล้ว
อีกหนึ่งวิธี ที่จะช่วยป้องกัน ไม่ให้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลภายในตัว iPhone นั่นก็คือ การใส่รหัส Passcode 4 หลักนั่นเองแต่ในบางครั้ง รหัส Passcode 4 หลักนั้น อาจจะเดาได้ง่ายไปซักหน่อย ให้ลองเปลี่ยนรหัสให้ยากขึ้น ด้วยวิธีการดังนี้ครับ
เข้าไปที่ Settings > General > Passcode Lock จากนั้นตรง Simple Passcode ให้ปิดเป็น OFF ครับ ซึ่งจะทำให้เราสามารถตั้งรหัสผ่านได้ยากขึ้น และซับซ้อนขึ้น ทำให้ช่วยลดเวลาในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลในตัวเครื่องได้ช้าลงอีกด้วยครับ
